Can you make something custom for me?
I can customize many of the items in my shop. Bead colors, charms, and chain lengths can be changed on most jewelry. Please message me before ordering to see if customization is available for a specific item.
Why am I receiving two shipping notifications?
If you place an order for jewelry and apparel items, they will ship separately. I ship jewelry directly from my home studio and apparel is shipped from the printer. You will receive two separate shipping notices and tracking numbers. Your items will ship according to the stated processing times on the individual listings.
Do shirts run true to size?
Size charts are included in the description for all apparel items. Unisex shirts are narrower than typical men's shirts, resulting in a tighter fit. Consider sizing up for a roomier fit.
Is apparel machine washable?
• Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric
• Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
• Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
• Do not dry clean.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry in its best condition, avoid getting it wet. Do not wear in the shower, avoid sweat and high humidity. Should darkening occur, wipe with a cleaning cloth.
Will you donate something to my charity/fundraiser?
Feel free to contact me. I enjoy supporting good causes; however, I can only donate a certain amount per year. If I cannot donate at this time, I'd love to work with you on planning for future events.
Are you still taking orders during the Coronavirus COVID-19 shutdowns?
Yes! Jewelry orders continue to ship from my home and my family is taking precautions to reduce our risk of exposure to the virus.
Apparel is printed upon order receipt from a partner company. I'm monitoring their situation to ensure they are able to continue creating and shipping orders. They are continuing to operate but at reduced capacity, so processing times have increased. I will continue to update as I learn of changes.
International orders are temporarily on hold due to closures and delays in some countries.
