Shipping policy

Most jewelry items are shipped within 3 business days (unless stated otherwise on product page). Apparel items are printed upon order receipt by a third party and may take up to 15 business days to ship. Business days are Monday-Friday. If the time it takes to make an item increases for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you and inform you of the updated shipping time. 

Items with free shipping are shipped via USPS First Class mail and take approximately 3-6 days to arrive once shipped. Weather, time of year, and other factors may cause delays and times cannot be guaranteed. Updated shipping speed may be purchased at checkout but this does not affect processing time (the time before the item is shipped that it takes to make and package the item). Additionally, USPS does not guarantee any shipping speeds and delays may occur despite the use of expedited shipping methods.
