Sterling Silver Cross Stud Earrings

Small yet ornate, these sterling silver cross earrings are the perfect gift for Godparents, Confirmations, birthdays, or just because - why not gift them to yourself?! Each earring is only slightly larger than half an inch long (16mm). The crosses are handcrafted from .960 sterling silver. The posts of the earrings, as well as the ear nuts (backs) are .925 sterling silver.

I handmake these earrings in my home from metal clay, a substance that works like clay but becomes pure metal when fired in a kiln. The posts are soldered on and a patina is added to help the texture of the crosses stand out. Each pair is made with love and care.
